Tour Booking Terms.

TOUR BOOKING TERMS — Darling Flower Tour

1. THE BOOKING. Your booking holds the number of places you select, once your deposit of R5,000.00 per person is received. Places are held for 60 minutes while you complete payment; an unpaid hold is released automatically.

1. THE BALANCE. The remaining balance is due 45 days before departure. We will email your payment link ahead of time — it is the same link in every reminder. If the balance remains unpaid 3 days after the due date, your booking lapses, your places are released, and your deposit is retained.

1. CANCELLATION. All payments for this tour are non-refundable on cancellation, at any time before departure:

• 7 or more days before departure: 0% refund
• 0 to 6 days before departure: 0% refund

The cancellation schedule you accept here is frozen onto your booking at the time you book and cannot be changed afterwards, by either party.

1. IF WE CANCEL. If Cape Multisport Club cancels the tour, everything you have paid is refunded in full to your original payment method.

1. YOUR DETAILS. At booking we collect traveller names only. Closer to departure we will ask for the details the tour actually needs to run (dietary requirements, emergency contact, and any medical information you choose to share). Payment card details are handled by PayStack and never stored by the club or by JollyBee.

1. FITNESS AND CONDUCT. You confirm every traveller in your booking is able to take part in a guided outdoor ride and will follow the guides' instructions.
