JollyBee provides community-management infrastructure to community owners, who in turn collect and process information about their members. This policy explains what JollyBee — the platform — collects, why, and how we handle it.
Information we collect
- Account identity: email, name, phone (optional), and the password you choose.
- Cross-community demographic information you add to your JollyBee profile, including shared fields and sport-federation licences.
- Per-community information collected by communities you join — visible to admins of those communities only.
- Operational logs, IP address, and user agent for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate you, deliver the services you've signed up for, keep the platform safe, and communicate with you about your account. Communities you join can see the information you've shared with them; the platform itself does not sell personal information.
Your rights
You can update or delete your JollyBee profile at any time from your profile page. To delete your account and all associated data, email jaco@jollybee.buzz.
