Terms of Service

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for the activity on your account. Communities you create or administer can collect information from their members under their own terms — JollyBee provides the infrastructure, not the community's relationship with its members.

Don't use JollyBee to host illegal content, harass others, or attempt to access information you're not authorised to see. Communities that operate against these rules may be suspended.

Pricing for paid plans, transaction fees on collected payments, and refund rules are published separately and may change with notice. Payment processing is handled by third parties (currently PayStack) under their own terms.

You can cancel your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or pose a security risk.
