We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings. By entering and using these facilities, you exempt Hard Adventures & BRDATC Pty Ltd and ARC of Franschhoek, its owners and staff from liability for injury, illness, or loss that may occur during your stay. By purchasing a pass, you acknowledge that access to ARC of Franschhoek and the Berg River Dam trails is entirely at your own risk. You agree to follow all rules, signage, and instructions from ARC staff, and you will not take part in any unlawful or unsafe activities while on the property.

You accept that:

• Outdoor activity carries inherent risks • You are fully responsible for your own safety and that of any minors or guests with you • ARC of Franschhoek / Hard Adventures and their staff are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or death that may occur • You will cover any damage caused by negligent or reckless behaviour • You indemnify ARC of Franschhoek / Hard Adventures against any claims arising from your visit.
