Your day permit: what to do on the day
Find your permit, check the visit and party details, download the PDF and request a gate code only when needed.
Open the permit
An online purchase with an email address normally sends a link after payment is confirmed. A phone-only counter or board purchase may instead require staff to share the permit or claim link through the configured channel. If no message arrived, contact the community with the payment reference and mobile number.
The permit page is the source of truth for the visit. Check the visitor name, selected visit date, party members and planned route. Download the PDF if the venue expects printed proof; its QR opens the verification page for gate staff. Document-version acceptance evidence is reviewed separately under the community's Waivers records.
Travelling as a party
When one payment covers several people, the buyer can say whether everyone arrives together or whether companions need their own link. Separate-arrival companions need enough contact detail for the community to give them access to their part of the permit.
Ask for a gate code only when needed
If the community uses At the Gate, the permit page shows the relevant action. A venue may already be known from a confident route match; otherwise choose the gated location. Choose Somewhere else when no boom applies.
The code and PIN appear on screen and can be delivered by email. WhatsApp delivery appears only when the community has connected a provider and bound the approved template. Request the code close to the visit because ATG allows one live profile per phone number per category.
Find it again in JollyBee
A signed-in member can see permits JollyBee can match to their account, member identity or recent payment reference. Matching is deliberately cautious and is not an unlimited search of every record with the same email. If the permit does not appear, use its original secure link or ask the community to look it up by reference.
